Greetings, Effurrybody!
Queen Trixie is here once more - with apawlogies for posting rather late today. Mummy was out for several hours, doing some tests and things at the hospital, because something showed up in the MRI which didn't appear in her annual meowmeowgram, and She had to have a biopsy, where they stick needles in you and take out tiny bits to be examined more closely. Poor Mummy! We kitties know how awful it is to be stabbed like that, especially in one's tenderest places. But She is feeling all right now - although, of course, rather on tenterhooks while She waits for the results, which could take a couple of weeks. We are all purring for her that they don't find anything untoward.
We seem to be having a bit of a hard time, meowdically speaking, as a family. Step-Grandma took a fall the week before last, tripping on the kerbstone. She was bruised and badly shaken but otherwise okay. And a few days later, Auntie N. had a tricycle accident! She tripped over her grand-daughter's tricycle and fell, and broke her ankle! Last Thursday, she had an opurration and now she has this great big boot-like thing on her leg and has to remain in bed, on her back, for at least a couple of weeks! And Uncle D. writes from London that he, too, has to see a doctor about pain in his knee.
It seems almost furrivolous of Us, under the circumstances, to mention that tomorrow night is Lag B'Omer, but since We want to invite all of you to Our Lag b'Omer bonfire and picnic tomorrow night from 9pm Israel Time, We can't really avoid it (mol). Oh - and it goes without saying that it will be up in a clearing in the Enchanted Forest! The coordinates will, as usual, be sent directly to your transportation devices.
And now comes the part you have all been waiting for - the weekend blog hops. The Caturday Art blog hop, hosted by the Wise and Beautiful Athena and her HuMum, Marie, and the Sunday Selfies blog hop, hosted by the Delightful and Predictably Unpredictable Kitties Blue and their HuMom, Janet.
So, furrst of all, here is My Selfie:
And now, here are three different artifications of My Selfie. Please note that all this week's artistic manifestations, including the frames, were created with the help of LunaPic.
Furrst of all, since I was so obviously curled up listening to Mummy tell a story, We used the Storytime effect, at 50%:
Next, because the Story was about a furry brave warrior Kitty Queen, We used Brave at 48%:
Finally, and in tribute to the Spring (although it suddenly turned rather cold), the final artification uses the Flowers filter, also at 48%:
Do tell Us, in the Comments section below, which is your favourite!
Next, here are the blog hop badges:

It's got so late already, We aren't sure we'll be able to visit many of you today, although, of course, We'll do the best We can. We'll try to catch up on that tomorrow.
Ah - yes, tomorrow. May the Fourth Be With You (mol).
And, of course, COD-willing, We'll be back here next week, same Cat Time, same Cat Channel. Till then, be safe. Be well. We love you all!

Yikes, that's a lot of stuff happening. We're purring for your Mummy.
Trixie, we are so sorry to hear of your Mom having those unpleasant tests and waiting for results, which we so hope will be okay. And also sad to hear of family members having trouble, too. That is a snazzy selfie of you Trixie! All versions are nice, but I think we like the second artification best, for its color and texture enhancement.

You look very comfy in your selfie, Trixie. Purrs for your mum that her results come back normal. We know how stressful the wait can be.
Trixie mew are magnificent in your selfie and art, so fluffy and cute!!! Happy Monday to mew! 😸🐾😸🐾😸
That’s a delightfully whimsical pose you took for your selfie and I like the first artification best. I’ll remind Link Linker the Stinker about your pawty.
Your mummy will be in my prayers that all is well, and the rest of the family for speedy healing.
I am praying for the peace of Jerusalem.
My goodness! I hope everyone is recovering.
We are very late in commenting...
We think you look a bit upside down, as in begging for a belly rub? It is cute though. I like the colors in the last art, but they are all nice.
Lots of medical stuff going on, and I sure hope your biopsies will all be of no consequence. Prayers going out on your behalf.
What a lovely selfie, Trixie, and we love the artistic effects, too. We're sorry to hear about all those medical dramas. We hope folks are healing up, and that your mummy gets very good test results back from that biopsy. Love and hugs to you all.
