Well, who would have thought things would turn out so neatly? I, Queen Trixie, Furrst of My Name, Empurress of Jerusalem, Israel and the Entire Middle East, Queen of Hearts, the Panfurr Princess, Guardian of the Boudoir and Alpha Kitty Extraordinaire, presented Our Furrst Post of 2025 - and now it falls to My Lot to repurresent the J-Cats in the Last Post of 2025 as well, as We join the weekend blog hops - the Caturday Art blog hop, hosted by the Divinely Wise and Beautiful Athena and her HuMum, Marie, and the Sunday Selfies blog hop, hosted by the Deliciously and Predictably Unpredictable Kitties Blue and their HuMom, Janet.
Winter is definitely here at last. It's a beastly cold, windy, rainy day - though Mr. Sunshine does pop his head out now and then. Mummy was supposed to go on one of her field trips in the north tomorrow, but it has been postponed because of the stormy weather conditions. We are furry happy about that, because We don't think She should be traipsing along muddy, waterlogged riverbanks in such weather, especially when She has the Sneezies! She can stay home, instead, looking after Us and (if She has time off from that), writing the fourth part of her adventures in Greece and posting the pictures on Her Own Bloggie.
We have chosen a single pawtrait of Me this time. We made a mewtiful wintry frame and three different artifications, all with the help of LunaPic.
Here, furrst of all, is the Original:
For Our Furrst Artistic Meowsterpiece, We used the Fairy effect at 30%:
Next, We used an effect We haven't tried before - Abstract at 68%:
It kind of makes Me look like a Tigger-Tabby, doesn't it? Caspurr had better watch out (mol)!
Finally, We went all artsy-fartsy with a combination of Hunger (63%) and Quirky (29%) - because I do get Quirky when I'm hungry.
In case any of you were worried - there is nothing wrong with my Eye. It's merely that I was sleeping (well, trying to, at least) and trying to forget that I hadn't been fed for at least an Hour, and Mummy disturbed Me so I opened one, really wide, just to give her the Stink Eye.

Queen Trixie, we love the picture frames the Mum picked out to show you off with. You look incredibly comfy and floofy. Here, we got the rain, better than snow fur now. But next week it is to be back to the bitter stuff we had early Dec. And our calendar year is coming to a close and Lynn says it is happening faster every year.
