Caturday Art and Sunday Selfies with Caspurr the Snuggle-Bug

Hallo again, Effurryone!

Here I am once more! Once again, I, Sir Caspurr the Courageous, the Caspicatious , Furrst of My Name, the Snuggle-Bug, Commander-in-Chief of the Impurrial Forces, King of the Tigger-Tabbies, will be leading My Fellow J-Cats on the weekend blog hops - the Caturday Art blog hop, hosted by the Wise and Beautiful Athena and her HuMum, Marie, and the Sunday Snoozies Selfies blog hop, hosted by the Deliciously and Predictably Unpredictable Kitties Blue and their HuMom, Janet!

And without further ado, here is this week's Meowsterpiece. It's got it all - tummy, paws, head upside down, cute Meowna Lisa "smile"...What more could the Pawpawrazzi ask of Me (MOL)?

And now for the artsy-fartsy part - all created with LunaPic, as were the frames.

Furrst of all, an elegant drawing using Sketch2:

We do love colour, it's true, but all the greatest artists used to make black-and-white sketches before applying paint to canvas. Signor Leonardo da Vinci, for example ...

Our next artification used the Edtaonisi effect at 58%:

We think this one shows up My Tiggerish Tabbiness to great advantage!

And finally, We used one of Mummy's favourite filters - Frida, at 84%:

Let Us know in the Comments section below, which is your favourite, and why.

Mummy had a furry successful Gala evening last week with her Caterwauling friends and will no doubt write about it soon in her own bloggie, hopefully later this week. Their upcoming concert isn't till the end of July, but next week is still going to be a furry busy one for Mummy, with a nature hike, a couple of lectures/concerts and finally, an opurra. And, of course, Uncle D. will be arriving.

What have We forgotten? Oh, yes - the blog hop badges!

Here they are!

We think that just about wraps it up for this week. We will be here again next week, COD-willing - same Cat Time, same Cat Channel. Till then, be safe. Be well. We love you all.

Sir Caspurr we do like the black and white sketch. If we're not going to see your real fur colors then we'll just go with the old fashioned before there was colored camera film. We are so glad to hear that the mum has lots of fun things to do. It'll get pretty serious when she goes to the hospital.

All three are great, the second truly lights up your majestic tabbiness. But the third is our fav as it adds just a little spice whilst keeping your beautiful tabby colourings and stripes.
Lots going on for you all, no doubt plenty of treats will be forthcoming due to the staff leaving you so often ;)
Have a blessed and happy week. And happy adventuring too, to your staff.
ERin

Caspurr, all three images are terrific; each one has a special something.
Since you've asked for a favorite, we'll vote for Sketch just because of it's simplicity.
Be well, all.

Caspurr, what beautiful selfies! Tabby stripes have so much to work with in so many ways! We might like number 3 the best this time, for its' strong colors and bold tabby lines. It's so hard to choose a favorite, though.

These are all great. The Black and White is super artsy!

Really tough choice on the art. Maybe the last one, but #2 is fantastic as well. They both show off your smile. You forgot to mention toe beans. We saw some on your right back paw. All in all, an adorable photo. Thanks for hopping with us! Such a wonderful selfie, Caspurr. We like the Frida effect best, though they're all great. We are gad the gala went well, and hooray for Uncle D's impending visit. Hugs!

Oh, yes, this delightful selfie has it all. The Black and White is excellent but for the first time I think I like the Frida best.

May all go well with your Mummy’s busy week.

I am praying for the peace of Jerusalem.

Years and years ago, when my father wanted to make a painting, he too would sketch it out on the canvas before painting.
I like your nicely relaxed sefie, and I like the last effect the best. Not sure why, it just appeals more to me, LOL!

Tell your Mommy to find some time in between the busyness to relax!

We came by late, love all the art, tho we always seem to favor everyone's original photos the best ~ best to see real kitty!!! Wanting to wish you a happy and busy week ahead, tho being here a bit "late" we did see disturbing news on the war front late last night. So we also send prayers, be safe ...
