Queen Trixie Welcomes The Return of Peace and Quiet - Caturday Art and Sunday Selfies

Hallo, Effurrybody! 

We are furry happy that the boomies have stopped and that Peace and Quiet have returned once more (sort of) to Our Part of the World - at least for the time being. We don't know how long it will last but We are sure that within a few years at most, there will be Another Round, because the Bad Humans in Gaza still want to kill us all. But for the time being, We can concentrate on Our Caturday Art and Sunday Selfies, and join in the Blog Hops hosted (respectively) by the Wise and Beautiful Athena and her HuMum, Marie and the Charmingly Unpredictable Kitties Blue and their HuMom, Janet.

Here is Our Caturday Art, furrst of all:

This is a pawtrait of Moi, Queen Trixie, Furrst of My Name etc. etc. etc. enjoying a little stretch on the old DVD player in the living room. We used the Renoir Art effect from LunaPic, and a simple frame from their Borders collection.

I think both pictures show up my jewel-like orbs to purrfection, don't you?

We have also made a jigsaw of Our Impurressionistic Caturday Art for your Delectation. We can't tell you how long it is likely to take to complete the puzzle,  because Mummy (who is hopeless at jigsaws anyway) hasn't yet tried it.

Before We go, We want to say that We know many of you have not yet completely emerged from the various stages of Lockdown caused by the Evil Coronavirus. If there are still restrictions in place where you and your Humans live, remember: they are there for your own Purrtection and it is impawtant to continue to follow the rules (though it goes against the grain for a Cat to say that) until the Evil Virus is all gone.
