Okay, now it's Oh-fish-ull!
Mummy has bought Us a New Home!
And now that all the papers are signed, We are allowed to talk about it. So We shall tell you all effurrything We know, effurry scrap of infurrmation We have been able to glean from Mummy.
At furrst, We have to say We were furry disappointed. The new flat has no garden or catio. It doesn't even have a proper balcony :-(
However, Our Human has some ideas about how to make the most of what We have. For example, She thinks it will be possible to enclose the front porch with a white picket fence and turn it into a (furry small) catio. What's more, We kitties will have our Own Room and Mummy has some idea of planting a large window-box with Kitty Grass, so that Our Room (which will be lavishly furr-nished with all the Toys a Kitty could want) has its own little balcony where We can sit and enjoy whiffles whenever We feel like it.
Finally, Mummy says that the living-room has a huge panoramic window which takes up most of one wall, so we will be able to watch Bird TV in Cinemascope.
So, we are going to swallow Our Disappointment and await developments. At all events, since the balcony in Our Present Domicile is an enclosed balcony, We won't be any worse off and as the New Flat is much bigger than this one, and has an Upstairs and a Downstairs, with more room to run around, it is sure to be a change for the better.
Mummy hopes to be able to move to Our New Home some time in August. In the meanwhile, She keeps coming up with New Ideas for Our Comfort, such as how to furr-nish Our New Room. Now, effurry time We take a nap, We dream about what fun it's going to be.
Here are a couple of pictures of Us dreaming about the New Appurtment:
Have a lovely Weekend, Anipals. Shabbat Shalom!
