Hello, Effurrybody!
I feel so strange, kitties. I have this funny, fluttery feeling in my tummy and I have this urge to get out of the house. So I lie down on the floor and roll about and scrabble away with my hind legs and I cry very loudly. I don't understand what's happening to me, kitties. I feel as if there's something I really want, but I don't know what it is. Mummy keeps taking me in her arms and kissing me and I even let her stroke my tummy (which I don't usually do), because it makes me feel a bit better. She says this feeling will pass in a few days. Mummy's cleaning lady said that what I need is a Mancat - and then Mummy said I might possibly be a bit older than we all thought and that she will call Dr. Einat next week and make an appointment to have me "fixed". I don't know what that means, kitties - and I don't like the sound of it at all! I'm scared, kitties.
Mummy says not to be scared and that the v-e-t will fix me up so that I don't get this strange, frightening feeling any more. Huh! Easy to say...

Catching Up
Greetings, Effurrybody!
I can't believe it's been two whole weeks since I last blogged! Where did all the time go??? In a few more days, it will be Pessach. This will be my very first Pessach (because I was born in August) so I am very excited. I don't really know what to expect. My Human says that all the family will gather together and there will be a big feast. I think that means there is likely to be a substantial Kitty Bag. Mummy says if I am a Good Girl (as if I would ever be anything but...), I shall have some gefillte fish. I don't know what kind of fish that is, kitties, but I am sure it will be very tasty.
And another thing, kitties - my Uncle has arrived for the holiday and he will be here for a Whole Month! He is my Mummy's brother and he lives far, far away beyond the seas, in England, where my Human was born. I have never seen him but he will be staying with Us for part of his visit and so he will have the honour of meeting Me. I am sure that will be very interesting for us both. Mummy says he isn't really a Cat Purr-son, but then, he hasn't yet met Me. Effurryone who meets Me is captivated by my beauty because I am the furryest of them all. My Mirror tells Me so (mol).
Now, my dear furr-iends, please excuse me. I must go and snoopervise while Mummy prepares the Shabbat evening meal.
Have a lovely weekend, effurryone.

Sweet Mew-sick
Greetings, Effurrybody!
I have been feeling a bit neglected this week. My Human has been so busy with her Mew-sick, she hasn't been able to devote more than twenty hours a day to Me. I have had to a-mewse myself, catching flies.
See - this is Me, trying to catch a fly on the window.
I think She makes quite a good Pussycat, don't you? I've trained her well (M.O.L.). Now I shall go and allow her to pet Me. That's what's called Pawsitive Reinforcement Training.

Well, I got it in the end, kitties, and I dedded it. But She was still busy on MewTube, learning something for her choir, and I was left once again with nothing to do but try to catch another fly. Bo-o-o-o-o-o-oring!
I was just about to go and torture one of the houseplants when she called me over to the computer, which she had been selfishly hogging all morning and showed me - This!
Yes, this is what you've All been waiting for! The video of My Mummy and her friend, Aliza, purr-forming the Cat Duet at their Purr-im Pawty last week!
Shabbat Shalom to all you Kitties and Woofies and Humans. Have a lovely weekend.

The Human Pussycat
Greetings, Effurybody!
I know you are all waiting for this, so here it is!
The Human who wanted to be a Pussycat!
My Mummy!
She makes a lovely kitty but - I am still the Furryest of them All, aren't I?
A kitty needs reassurance now and then, you know...
I don't think anyone could mistake her for Me, do you?
Still, I am touched to know that she loves Me so much, she wants to be Me. Isn't that sweet?
And do you know what, kitties? At the pawty, she and her friend from the choir sang a Kitty Duet by someone called Rossini, who lived about 150 years ago. She says that someone from the choir filmed it and that as soon as the film is edited, she will post it here - but in the meanwhile, here is the song on MewTube.
Shabbat Shalom to you all. Have a lovely weekend!
