What with Admiral calling loudly from midnight till 5 or so in the morning each and every single night, I know what that is like but hers was the last stages of her illness. I would want to opt for surgery as most say here as well. If it is a question of green papers, perhaps you could set up a Paypal account in the side bar for donations to help toward it. You need relief, SHE needs relief and that "expert" is a so-and-so!

As for her regional spaying, the person the v-e-t called in obviously decided to let a trainee do it! To give them experience. This is horrible for you. Please..opt for surgery. Maybe no guarantee but you can't ;et that paralyze you into inaction.

Love you..and hoping for the very best outcome. pee ess: I understand the frustration at the constant noise and I can well imagine about the spraying.
Katie Isabellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04298277081648176277noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4799004866537823629.post-39508391135383182402016-03-19T20:45:58.138+02:002016-03-19T20:45:58.138+02:00I asked the peep 'bout this because I knew she...I asked the peep 'bout this because I knew she had been through something like this before.

Anyway, way back when, before I was even born, my aunties' (Primrose, Snowdrop and Blossom) mama was going into heat, constantly, even though she had been spayed after my aunties were born. By the way, Great Auntie Alicia came to the peeps already preggers.

So the peeps went to the doctor with Great Auntie Alicia and he said that it was possible his partner at the clinic had missed an ovary when doing the spaying but didn't find that very likely. He also said he could prescribe a drug of some sort but after ONE pill, Great Auntie Alicia was so loopy the peeps were havin' NOTHIN' more to do with that. And then finally, he found out that even though by this time my Aunties Primrose, Snowdrop and Alicia were like six months old, AUNTIE SNOWDROP WAS STILL NURSING!!! She wasn't gettin' anything - OBVIOUSLY - but she was nursing, nonetheless. That was the whole problem. Once the peeps stepped in and put a stop to that, the going into heat stopped right away.

I sure do hope you can clear up whatever is going on. But please remember that whatever it is, this is NOT your fault. And also remember that your mama really does love you tonnes and is just frustrated. I know she would never send you away. She just needs some better help from your doctor and stuff.

Purrs,
SevilleSeville at Nerissa's Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11420762196806737465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4799004866537823629.post-80270493339670651002016-03-18T01:30:22.657+02:002016-03-18T01:30:22.657+02:00Goodness. If you're a healthy kitty and aren't at any unusual risk during surgery, I'd probably go for the surgery and hope they can identify any remaining ovarian tissue and remove it. That would be the best solution to your situation. I can imagine the frustration and anger your mom is going through with your marking behavior. Paws crossed this can be resolved quickly.Furrieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07895642486468718261noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4799004866537823629.post-54141246844057909902016-02-26T03:42:49.754+02:002016-02-26T03:42:49.754+02:00We're sad to hear this and know your mummy is ...We're sad to hear this and know your mummy is beside herself due to all the problems.

I had my human do some Googling. We fur sure unnerstand da "can't take it anymore" as mommy has been there and felt dat way afur too. She still luvs us as your mommy still luvs you but our mommies are only human and sumtimes just don't unnerstand all we go thru. We can't tell you what to do cuz we's not you. So mommy sed ifin she was in this purrdicament with one of us, she wuld start of course by purrayin' and purrayin' sum more. And then cuz money is always an issue fur us, she sed dat she wuld try da surgery. Altho' she wuld attempt to reach da special VET by fone a few more times or maybe try to find another specialist to talk with her. But cuz we don't have any specialists any where near us, she knows dat purrobly wuldn't be pawssible. We do know dat specialist are very busy but we's not there so we don't know ifin da assistant is bein' zealous or not. Cuz this isn't life threatnin' mommy might try to find da monney fur a consult afur da surgery, but ifin da test results show this is da purroblem and these are da only options, and cuz money be an issue, she wuld purrobly just schedule da surgery. Seems da treatments wuld be a life long thing and over time maybe more 'spensive and da side effects be too bad. But you have to member, mommy has to make most of her decisions based on cost. Thus our reasons fur da more expedient purrcedure and purrayers dat da surgeon wuld get everythin' in one purrcedure.

Whatever your mommy decides we know she will be doin' what she thinks to be bestest fur you. We will be sendin' lots and lots of purrayers fur you both.

Luv ya'

Dezi and Lexi and mommy ADeziz Worldhttp://dezizworld.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4799004866537823629.post-35164978160089096542016-02-25T07:18:24.606+02:002016-02-25T07:18:24.606+02:00I should have made clear that it wasn't Einat,...I should have made clear that it wasn't Einat, our regular v-e-t, who purr-formed the original surgery. She brought in another v-e-t to carry out the procedure. Mummy doesn't know why. She had a day in the week for performing this kind of surgery and called in this other vet and HE did it.
Also, it isn't Dr. Einat who hasn't got time to talk to Mummy. It's the "expert" - or at least, that's what the "expert's" assistant says.
Finally, according to what Mummy has read on the internet, it isn't necessarily due to a mistake on behalf of the v-e-t who did the original surgery. Sometimes, we kitties are born with additional ovarian cells in the abdominal cavity or with a kind of mini, secondary ovary, which only "kicks in" after the actual ovaries are removed. That's why it's sometimes hard to find and several operations may be required till they locate and remove all the ovarian material. The J-Catshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16559360691504878949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4799004866537823629.post-59442547358622829602016-02-25T06:39:39.838+02:002016-02-25T06:39:39.838+02:00AYLA here: FIRST, I know about that "urges&q...AYLA here: FIRST, I know about that "urges" stuff after being spayed. I got spayed THREE times before they got it right. The 1st an 2nd times were by the breeder-Beins vet an he dint do it right. I was goin into the HEAT every 3 weeks fer DAYS. It was only when I got an infection months later that MY vet found the intact parts still in me an did the job properly!

It was NOT YOUR FAULT, Trixie...

SECOND, Yer vet owes your bein some talk-time. OUR vet talks to TBT all the time an even demands to explain things.

THIRD, Go to another vet! Dont do the hormone stuff, go to another vet who can see yer inner parts with fresh eyes and no desire to cover up past mistakes!!! I am very serious about that.

You can email us (its on our blog) for more details about my experience.

Mark's Mews (Marley, Lori, Loki, and Binq)https://www.blogger.com/profile/11135668126649348317noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4799004866537823629.post-76427139853028506112016-02-25T04:34:12.628+02:002016-02-25T04:34:12.628+02:00That is awful, I had no idea this could happen.
